Uranao ("we", "us") is operated by Zero Innovavi Limited through www.uranao.ai and the Uranao apps for iOS and Android. The service includes Six-Star Astrology and Nine-Star Ki calculators, personalised readings, compatibility tools, and educational articles.

The readings, predictions, compatibility scores, and other interpretive content on Uranao are presented for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, financial, legal, psychological, relationship, or professional advice of any kind. Do not use Uranao readings to make decisions about your health, finances, relationships, business, or any other significant matter without consulting a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a doctor, mental health professional, or local emergency service.

You may create a free account to save your charts and access the free reading preview. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure. If you sign in with Google, your Google account's security applies. Provide accurate information when creating your account; we may suspend accounts that we believe are fraudulent or being misused.

Some features require a paid purchase or subscription. Website payments are processed by Stripe. iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Android purchases are processed by Google through Google Play; RevenueCat helps us verify mobile entitlement status. We never see your full card details or your Apple or Google account password.

A recurring subscription renews automatically at the price displayed at purchase until you cancel it through the store or billing service where you subscribed. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period. A prepaid 7-Day Pass does not renew, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

Website refund requests may be sent to info@zeroinnovavi.com within 14 days of the initial purchase. App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to Apple’s or Google’s payment and refund rules and must be requested through the relevant store. If a mobile payment succeeded but access did not unlock, use Restore Purchases and contact us so we can investigate the entitlement.

Free website articles and calculators may be funded in part by advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control which specific ads appear; Google does. The Uranao mobile apps do not contain ads.

Anything you input (birth dates, names, notes) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy — primarily, to generate your reading.

The site, including its design, text, illustrations, code, and all generated reading text shown to you, is owned by Uranao or its licensors. You may save or print your own readings for personal use. You may not scrape, copy, republish, or redistribute the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Do not use Uranao to harass other people, to impersonate someone, to circumvent paywalls or rate limits, to upload malware, to scrape the site programmatically, or to do anything illegal under the laws that apply to you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We aim to keep Uranao available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the site down for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control (provider outages, DDoS, etc.). We try to communicate planned downtime in advance when feasible.

Uranao is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that astrology readings will be accurate, that predictions will come true, or that the AI-generated text will be free of mistakes. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Uranao is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using Uranao at any time and delete your account from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms; if we do, we will refund any unused prepaid time on a pro-rata basis unless the termination was for serious abuse.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage and, for active subscribers, sent to your email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by friendly contact will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to sue in your local courts (in which case that local right takes precedence).
