Privacy Policy

Uranao ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at www.uranao.ai. The service provides Six-Star Astrology and Nine-Star Ki readings, calculators, and educational articles. For privacy questions, write to us at info@zeroinnovavi.com.

Account data: when you sign up, we receive your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive these from your Google account. If you sign up with a password, we store a hashed (not plaintext) version of it.

Birth data: to generate a reading, you provide your year, month, and day of birth. For compatibility readings, the birth data of a second person you provide. We never ask for time-of-day, government ID, or other sensitive identifiers.

Payment data: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and subscription status from Stripe; we never see your card number, CVV, or full billing address.

Usage data: pages you visit, the locale you read in, the referrer that brought you here, and standard browser data (user agent, screen size, approximate IP-derived country). This is collected via Google Analytics 4 and our own server logs.

Content you generate: the AI-generated readings, charts, and saved settings tied to your account.

Birth data is used solely to compute your Six-Star or Nine-Star Ki result and to prompt the AI reading model. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sold to anyone.

Account data lets us recognise you across sessions, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipt), and respond to support requests.

Usage data helps us understand which articles and tools are read, which translations need work, and where the site is slow. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

Payment data is used only to operate the subscription you bought and to comply with tax and accounting law.

We use a small number of vetted third parties to run the service. They process data only on our behalf or for purposes you initiated:

• Google (Analytics) — anonymous traffic and event measurement. Their privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

• Google (OAuth sign-in) — only if you choose to sign in with Google. We receive your Google profile email and name.

• Google (AdSense) — serves the advertisements you see on free pages. AdSense may set cookies for ad personalisation; see our Cookie Policy for control options.

• Stripe — processes card payments and stores billing information. Their privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy

• OpenAI — the AI provider that generates your personalised reading text. We send your Six-Star type, cycle phase, and target year to their model; we do not send your name, email, or precise birth date.

• Neon — our database provider, which hosts your account, saved charts, and subscription metadata in a managed Postgres database in their cloud.

• Resend — sends transactional email (verification, receipts, occasional service messages).

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share it with data brokers or marketing networks.

We use cookies for sign-in sessions, for analytics, and for advertising. The complete list and how to disable each category is in our Cookie Policy at /cookies.

Account, chart, and subscription data: as long as you have an account, plus 30 days after you delete your account (technical wind-down). Billing records: 7 years to satisfy tax law. Analytics: Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months. Server logs: 30 days, then aggregated.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop processing it for analytics or advertising. EU and UK residents have these rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA/CPRA; other jurisdictions usually have equivalent rights. Email info@zeroinnovavi.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your saved charts and subscription record (subject to the retention rules above).

Uranao operates globally. Your data may be processed in the United States (where Stripe, OpenAI, Google, and Resend operate), the European Union, or Singapore. Where required by EU/UK law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers' compliance frameworks (Google's, Stripe's, OpenAI's, etc.) to authorise these transfers.

Uranao is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data to us, write to info@zeroinnovavi.com and we will delete it.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS in transit, encrypted-at-rest databases, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and least-privilege access for our team. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we treat the data you trust us with the way we would want ours treated.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage and, if you have an account, sent to your email.
