Privacy Policy

Uranao is provided by Zero Innovavi Limited. We operate the website at www.uranao.ai and the Uranao apps for iOS and Android. The service offers Six-Star Astrology and Nine-Star Ki calculations, personalised readings, compatibility tools, timing forecasts, calculators, and educational articles.

Account data: email address, display name, account identifiers, preferred language, and the sign-in provider you choose. Apple or Google may supply a verified identifier, name, or relay email when you use those options. Passwords are hashed and are never stored in plaintext.

Birth-profile data: name or label, birth date, and optional gender, birth time, country, city or region, and time zone. Compatibility readings may include the profile of another person that you choose to enter. You enter location information manually; the mobile apps do not request precise device location.

Reading data: calculated star types, cycles, compatibility results, forecasts, saved readings, favourites, article bookmarks, and AI-generated readings tied to your account.

Website payment data: Stripe processes website card payments. We receive a customer reference and subscription status, but we do not receive your full card number, CVV, or full billing address.

Mobile purchase data: product identifier, store, entitlement status, purchase and expiry dates, and an App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat customer reference. We do not receive your full card number or your Apple or Google account password.

Website usage data: pages visited, locale, referrer, and standard browser data such as user agent, screen size, and approximate IP-derived country. The website collects this through Google Analytics 4 and server logs.

Mobile technical data: app version, device platform, language, request identifiers, and limited diagnostic or security logs needed to operate and protect the service. The mobile apps do not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

We use this data to authenticate you, calculate and save readings, restore access across devices, provide purchased features, respond to support, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. Birth-profile data is used only for the reading or compatibility task you request. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to determine eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or other high-impact decisions.

Website usage data helps us understand which articles and tools are read, which translations need work, and where the website is slow. Website and mobile payment or purchase data is used to provide the access you bought, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

We use service providers only where needed to operate the service or a feature you request:

Website only: • Google Analytics — website traffic and event measurement. iOS app only: • Apple — optional Sign in with Apple and App Store payment processing.

Android app only: • Google Play — Android payment processing, subscription management, and purchase restoration.

Website and mobile apps: • Google — optional Google sign-in. • RevenueCat — mobile entitlement status, purchase restoration, and subscription lifecycle. • Neon — authentication, account data, saved readings, and purchase or subscription metadata in a managed Postgres database. • OpenAI — AI-generated reading text when you request that feature. For mobile AI readings, OpenAI receives only server-calculated astrology context and the requested language; profile names, exact birth dates, email addresses, gender, and country are not sent. • Resend — transactional email such as verification, password reset, receipts, and service messages.

Providers process data under their own terms and our service arrangements. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

Website only: we use cookies for sign-in sessions, analytics, and advertising. The complete list and how to disable each category is in our Cookie Policy at /cookies. The mobile apps do not use browser cookies, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Local mobile profiles, readings, and bookmarks remain on your device until you delete them, clear account data, or remove the app. Synced account, chart, reading, and subscription data is kept while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion where technically necessary for wind-down. Minimal payment, purchase, and accounting records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance. Website Google Analytics user-level data is retained for 14 months. Website server logs are retained for 30 days and then aggregated. Mobile security logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary.

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data, or ask us to stop website analytics or advertising processing. You can edit local birth profiles in the mobile app and start account deletion from Profile. Deleting an Uranao account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. For privacy requests, contact info@zeroinnovavi.com; we may need to verify that the account is yours and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Uranao operates internationally. Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, OpenAI, Neon, Resend, and other service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, Singapore, or other locations where they operate. Where required, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and provider compliance frameworks.

Uranao is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data to us, write to info@zeroinnovavi.com and we will delete it.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS in transit, encrypted-at-rest databases, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and least-privilege access for our team. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we treat the data you trust us with the way we would want ours treated.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage and, if you have an account, sent to your email.
